SECTION 2 - Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, product launches, or sales.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we experience delays in processing, we may contact you via the email provided at checkout.

SECTION 3 - Print-on-Demand Production

All products offered by PANTz BRAND are custom-made using print-on-demand production methods. This means that each item is created individually after an order is placed, rather than being pre-manufactured or stored in bulk inventory.

Print-on-demand is a fulfillment process in which products are produced, printed, and prepared for shipment only once a customer places an order. As a result, each item is made specifically for you.

Due to this custom production process, orders may require additional time for manufacturing before shipment. This may extend overall delivery times compared to traditional retail products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your item is being made to order and may take additional time to arrive.

SECTION 4 - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Destination
  • Shipping method
  • Total weight and size of the order

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, weather, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

SECTION 5 - Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

You will receive a confirmation email

Tracking information will be provided (if applicable)

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

All shipping and processing timeframes provided by PANTz BRAND are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed 100%. Because our products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners and shipping carriers that operate independently from PANTz BRAND, production, fulfillment, and delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our direct control. These factors may include manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge that estimated timelines are subject to change and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SECTION 7 - Shipping Carriers

We may utilize major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carriers may vary depending on destination or availability.

SECTION 8 - Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States.
Delivery estimates typically range from 3–10 business days after processing, depending on location and chosen shipping method.

SECTION 9 - International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International shipments may be subject to:

  • duties
  • taxes
  • import charges

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has left our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by carriers
  • lost or stolen packages
  • weather-related delays
  • customs delays
  • damaged shipments

Customers may open claims directly with the carrier for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.
