Requests may only be considered before production or fulfillment begins and are granted solely at the discretion of Michael Pantz. Once production or fulfillment has started, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

PANTz BRAND is not responsible for shipping damage, lost packages, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper handling, or product alterations after delivery.

Some custom-made clothing items may arrive with a slight odor from the printing or packaging process. This is normal and harmless.
The scent typically fades after airing out the garment or washing it once. For the best experience, we recommend washing the item according to its care instructions before wearing.
SECTION 6 - Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from PANTz BRAND, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy, including dissatisfaction or preference-based complaints.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates these terms.
